Account information (email, name), audio files you upload, usage data (which features you use), and payment information (processed by Stripe/PayPal - we never store card numbers).

2. How We Use It

To provide the mastering service, process payments, send transactional emails, improve the product, and provide support.

3. Your Audio

Your uploaded audio is used solely to provide the mastering service to you. We do not use your audio to train models or share it with third parties.

4. Third Parties

We use Stripe and PayPal for payments, and email providers for transactional email. These providers have their own privacy policies.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data while your account is active. Audio files follow the retention policy for your plan. You can request deletion at any time.

6. Your Rights

You can access, correct, or delete your data from your account settings, or by contacting support.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security including encrypted passwords, signed download URLs, and secure sessions.

8. Cookies and Referral Tracking

We use a small number of cookies and similar storage to run the service: a secure session for keeping you logged in, and a first-touch attribution record so we understand how visitors find us. If you arrive through an affiliate's referral link, we also store a referral cookie (sauce_ref) that remembers which affiliate referred you, so any resulting sale can be credited to them. It contains only the affiliate's referral code, expires after a set period, and is not used to profile you. You can clear these cookies in your browser at any time.
