To keep Sauce Mastering AI fast and affordable for everyone, all plans operate under fair-use limits.

Why fair use?

Mastering, mix improvement, and reference matching are unlimited on every paid plan. The heavier stem/element processing is compute-intensive, so all plans operate under reasonable fair-use limits that let us keep pricing low and performance high for everyone.

What counts toward usage

Mastering, whole-mix improvement, and reference matching do not use credits on paid plans and are unlimited. The stem-based element engine is included on the plans that offer it, and uploading your own stems is always free. The standalone Stem Separation, Vocal Remover, Vocal Polish and Audio Repair tools are 1 credit each, or unlimited on Complete. Analysis and previews are free; one-time credit packs never expire.

Reasonable use

Plans are intended for individual producers, artists, and small teams working on their own music or client work. Automated, bulk, or reseller usage that materially exceeds typical individual use may be rate-limited or require a higher plan.

Enforcement

We monitor for abusive patterns that degrade service for others. In rare cases we may throttle or pause accounts engaging in clearly abusive automated usage, and will always reach out before taking action where possible.

Changes

Fair-use thresholds may be adjusted as our infrastructure grows. Any material changes will be communicated in advance.
