Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the Sauce Mastering affiliate program. By applying, being approved, and sharing your referral link, you agree to them. We may update them; continued participation after a change means you accept it.

1. Applying and approval

Anyone can apply, but participation is by approval only, at our discretion. We may decline or remove any affiliate at any time, for example for the conduct described in section 5. Your affiliate account is personal to you and may not be transferred.

2. How commissions work

When someone signs up through your referral link and buys a Sauce plan or credit pack, you earn a commission on that sale. The rate is shown in your affiliate dashboard (a default rate applies unless we agree a different one with you). You earn on a referred customer's qualifying purchases for a set window from their signup, as configured in the program. Commission is calculated on the sale amount after payment-processor fees.

3. Attribution

Referrals are tracked with a cookie set when someone clicks your link, on a last-click basis (the most recent affiliate link wins). If a different affiliate's link is clicked after yours, or the visitor already had an account, the sale may not be attributed to you. Commissions apply to genuinely new customers only.

4. Holding period, reversals, and payouts

Each commission is held for a refund-protection period before it becomes payable. If the underlying sale is refunded, charged back, or found to be fraudulent, the related commission is reversed - including after it has become payable. Approved earnings are paid out manually via PayPal once your balance passes the minimum payout threshold shown in your dashboard. You are responsible for providing a correct payout email and for any taxes on what you earn; we may require tax information where the law requires it.

5. What is not allowed

• Self-referral. You may not earn commission on your own purchases or those of accounts you control.
• Trademark bidding. No paid search or ads bidding on "Sauce Mastering", "Producersources", or confusingly similar terms, and no domains or usernames that impersonate the brand.
• Spam and misleading claims. No unsolicited email or messaging, no false or exaggerated claims about the product, pricing, or results, and no cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or fake traffic.
• Coupon and incentive abuse. No fake discount or coupon listings, and no incentivizing sign-ups in ways that create low-quality or fraudulent accounts.
• Unlawful or off-brand placement. No promotion on sites with illegal, hateful, or infringing content.

Violating these rules can result in reversed commissions, withheld payouts, and removal from the program.

6. Required disclosure (FTC)

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you earn a commission when you promote Sauce Mastering, in line with the FTC's endorsement guidelines and any equivalent rules where you operate. A simple, visible statement such as "I earn a commission if you sign up through my link" placed near the link is required. You are responsible for your own compliance.

7. Relationship and liability

You are an independent participant, not an employee, agent, or partner of Sauce Mastering or Producersources, and you may not make commitments on our behalf. The program is provided "as is"; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to commissions actually owed and unpaid.

8. Changes and termination

We may change the commission rate, window, thresholds, or these terms, or end the program, at any time. Changes apply going forward. If the program or your participation ends, commissions already validly earned and past their hold period will still be paid, subject to these terms. Questions? Contact us from the contact page.
